- Remove backing from pad.
- Center pad over the inside part of the sleeve seam; the pointed end should face towards your chest.
- To adjust, gently peel the pad off, slightly pull the fabric apart, and stick it back on.
- Before washing, carefully remove pads and wipe away any sticky residue.
