- Before going to bed:
- Apply a small amount to dry skin and allow to absorb overnight. Shower normally in the morning.
- Normally, two applications per week are sufficient.
Apply the ahc antiperspirant immediately before going to bed. The sweat glands are usually not active when the body is resting, and ahc can therefore be absorbed unhindered. Bathing or showering immediately after application impairs the effect. In the first 3-5 days, dab the areas to be treated every day, thinly but generously, with a cotton swab, cotton ball or directly with your fingertips.
