OnLife® for the dietary management of chemotherapy-induced metabolic disorders of the peripheral nervous system
OnLife® is a new, patented combination of physiological (endogenous) fatty acids and palmitoyl-ethanol-amide (PEA). It is approved as a balanced diet, which is defined as "dietary food for special medical purposes." In cases of CIPN where the function of cell membranes is disrupted by the nerve-damaging effects of chemo- and radiation therapy, the dietary food OnLife® can be used to support the restoration of correct nerve cell membrane function. OnLife® is based on the "Fatty Acids Group" (F.A.G.®), a novel, standardized combination of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, other specific fatty acids, palmitoyl-ethanol-amide (PEA), and linolenic acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are believed to have a preventative effect regarding cancer. A good supply of omega-3 can also reduce the side effects of chemotherapy (CIPN).

Recommended dosage for OnLife® (formerly Kapdolen tablets)
One pack of OnLife® contains 30 tablets. It must be taken under medical supervision as part of your treatment. Please follow your doctor's instructions. Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 tablet of OnLife® twice daily before starting chemotherapy to help prevent CIPN.
If symptoms occur during chemotherapy, take 2 tablets of OnLife® daily until the end of chemotherapy and until symptoms have subsided. After chemotherapy, and for severe symptoms, begin with 2 tablets twice daily for the first five days. A tablet can also be easily divided in half to make it easier to swallow.

- If you are experiencing severe symptoms, begin your treatment with 2 x 2 OnLife® tablets daily for 5 days.
- After that, adjust the dosage to 2 x 1 tablet daily.
- For mild symptoms, take 2 x 1 tablet daily.
