If you chose a dispatch type with "Track & Trace" in the third step of your order you can check on the current status of your item. Please note that "Track & Trace" can be chosen optionally and is not activated in the order process by default.
If you optionally chose "Track & Trace" you can check the current status of your item as follows:
- Click on following link or copy it into your browser: https://www.deutschepost.de/sendungsstatus/bzl/sendung/simpleQuery.html?locale=en&init=true
- Enter the posting date "MM.DD.YYYY" and the Track & Trace number you received by mail and click on "Run inquiry"
- The current status of your item will be indicated
Please note that items are only registered 1-2 days after the shipment confirmation by DHL and can only then be traced.
